Breaking and entering and resisting arrest and hes not in prison for a long time? Sure. I was expecting this to be a brainless action movie but when things that make no sense at all are passed off to the audience it just shows bad writing. There have been action movies in the past that at least made sense.

That's why, when I watch this on disc, I don't watch the opening scenes. I just skip ahead to the first battle.
