How did they do an episode where there were two Michael Jacksons walking around without having either one ask, "Annie, are you okay?" at any point?

Or at least have Troy say, "Hey, Abed, are you okay? Are you okay? Are you okay, Abed?"

How!?

Older, sure, but still with enough chronological distance to make a Smooth Criminal reference.
