Everyone knows what I'm talking about when I say America produces the most movies, it's common to refer to the country by that name, especially when America is in the country's name. I never understand why people feel the need to make the distinction when it's not relevant to what's being talked about.

Also, okay, America doesn't actually make the most films, but it's easy to make that mistake when they make billions of dollars more than India or Nigeria does. I also expect that most people who don't mind subtitles will watch some of the more common Nigerian films (that boost it's number) and find it absolutely dreadful, because they tend to be made in a week, on next to no money, with consumer quality cameras.. Regardless of that, my point still stands, America produces a crap ton of movies, there's heaps that are terrible, and heaps that are great, if OP thinks American movies are always crap, then they need to put more of an effort in, because there are SO MANY good movies produced from America every year, I'd argue that they produce more quality movies than anyone else does.
