The bruising and tearing are caused by the rapist being rough without adequate lubrication and the woman involuntarily clenching her muscles from fear (and once it starts hurting, the muscles will remain clenched so it would perpetuate the pain). I wondered about that too but I can see how it would work if he were gentle and used lube. The whole concept of being raped and not knowing it is so unsettling that I think I'll go shower now lol (as a woman, this is one of the most disturbing things I can think of). This movie seriously creeped me out, more than many "official" horror movies.

I agree with you, There is no way she wouldn't realise she was raped, not matter how much drug was put in to your system. Terrible terrible and even more horrorific thing that could happen to a woman.
WTF is wrong with you bitches (pardon my language but it's just so appropriate here). Do you know how many men basically rape women in college and the woman has ZERO recollection of it? As a guy having consensual sex while intoxicated (hell I know I've been 'raped' before because I didn't remember it the next day and she sure as hell did), trust me - there has been times where it's nearly impossible to get it up with a beautiful willing girl naked right in front of you.
Regardless of all of the above, this movie was seriously F'D. As a guy once the ending hit I was like, "WOOOOOOOOOOOOOW? REALLY!? WTF!"
