I bet they included a sex joke in the film.

If they're quite serious about this film then maybe not. But you never know.

There were some innuendos, but no outright sex jokes.

There were plenty of sex jokes, here's a few I remembered.
1) Edmund St. John-Smythe is on his new telephone and says to the person on the other end "So...what are you wearing?" He invented the first phone sex call.

2) Dr. Robert Dalrymple is walking with his new wife, who was formerly one of his patients and he looks at the river and says "oh look, ducks!". (its a reference to earlier in the film when Mortimer is with his bride to be and he does the same thing, and the ducks started fornicating....)
