Oh sweetie... vaginal stimulation and clitoral stimulation are two completely different things! The vibrator they were using was clearly targeting the clitoris.

And all women react differently to sexual stimulation...the opera singer was certainly being satisfied at that point enough to make her climax emotionally, creatively, vocally and sexually.
