I actually thought the whole time that she wasn't even dead. Certainly wasn't expecting this.
I just feel like the series needed to be longer, like 10 or 12 episodes, for true character development.
Disappointing ending. It does feel unfinished.

I feel like the writers set out to do some sort of twist ending rather than have it make sense.
Well, also the budget may have been limited, and they just couldn't do any more eps. I seem to recall that this was originally advertised as a 10-episode series, so maybe something happened along the way.
That would explain things. I hadn't heard it was supposed to have more episodes. They still could have finished the story tighter, I think.
