I think the girls made a mistake by using their pins. Later on in the week the elimation is going to be alot harder. It was obvious Beau was going, they were all better cooks than Beau. They should have had more belief in their abilities.

I was glad that Alice got sent packing soon after. I don't like her misguided sense of chivalry when she did not use her pin that week when she was bottom three, something about teaching the kids you can win by not stepping on others. She won the pin fair and square and play to win. Otherwise why would she be on the show. I wished she had lost and been sent home that time. That was a wrong message to send to any budding entrepreneurs.
If she was working for me and did use an advantage she would have been fired. In business, it is tough and you seek every advantage to give you the edge. Ask any bosses and you will get the same answer. Thus any executive that failed to use an advantage would have been fired.
Guess Alice did not have that fire in her belly and unless she change, she would end up being a school teacher all her life and would not be able to cut it in the cut-throat world of business. Restaurants are a very competitive business and she would not do well.
