I feel like the last scene in the trailer will be the last in the film.

I just get the feeling it will be and that the film will end once the girl finally screams. Maybe the scene comes after a false happy ending where they think they've beat the entity and then that scene follows and it sets it up for a sequel or just ends it on a scary note.

It might be a dream sequence in the middle of the movie. Hopefully the ending amounts to more than a few hands fondling Ashley Greene's body...
