Does the Blu-Ray follow the trailer's storyline?

I saw the movie because of the trailer and was appalled to see I was tricked. I was wondering if anyone who's seen the Blu-Ray can tell me if the trailer's story appears there. Probably not, but I'm hopeful.

The film is exactly the same on blu-ray as it was in theaters.
