Where did they get the box of Dunkin Donuts. I mean in the beginning of the movie the Bakersfield Police Station, there is a shot of a box on a desk. So some rookie drives 200 plus miles to Las Vegas for a donut run.

People can be obsessive about things.

Personally, I don't much care for Dunkin Donuts. Their donuts taste too artificial. One's local mom & pop donut shop is bound to have better donuts.

But obviously someone at the prison really likes them.

Agreed. There is but one doughnut from DD that doesn't taste like bleh and that's the glazed sour cream doughnut (NOT the powdered sour cream doughnut). But not all DDs make it so I hardly ever venture to any DD to find it.
