How did the Killer get the money ? Unanswered !

I am sorry if it has been answered in a previous thread but I can't find it. So my questions are:

1. How can the killer afford such a luxurious life inspite of charging a dollar per hit ?
2. What is the significance of Rock's tattoo except telling people that he is a ''ghost'' ? Who makes the tattoo ?
3. Why did the police take so much time to figure out that all the informants under one officer are dying ?
4. Why does the killer's wife shoot things at their wedding but then has a distaste for that life. What is her significance in the plot ?
5. (I may be wrong but..) A car starts perfectly sitting idle for more than 10 years ?

1) When the killer does yoga, you can see a framed magazine that says: "Software developer sells start-up for 44 million pounds". Killing people was more of a hobby for him, that's why he only charged one dollar.
2) The Cop mentions that the Driver "kept score" while in prison, there are some symbols on the tattoo - probably the guys he killed or beaten.
3) I don't know, artistic license probably - the cops were very ineffective, the Driver goes around killing people and no one stops him, in real life he will probably be immediately caught.
4) They were shooting just for fun, the Killer promised her that he will give up killings and settle down.
5) The car was prepared for him in advance by R.G. - the guy who sells him information about the people the Driver wants to kill - there's a note in the glove compartment: "N-joy the wheels my man. R.G."

Although I still don't understand how the samoan guy understood the significance of the tattoos...still thanks buddy 😊

It's probably some kind of prison code, maybe Kenny had served some time in the same prison and was familiar with the symbols/artwork or he had heard of the Driver beforehand. He had obviously built up a serious reputation for himself while inside.
