Deadpool's Desert Eagle ammo question

I was able to get a screen capture of a shell from the highway fight scene and I noticed that the primer has a "5" stamped on it (along with the firing pin strike).

Does anyone know the significance of the "5"? My .50AE ammo has 'regular' primers. 8>)

Thanks.

If it's the part I'm thinking of, t is counting down how many bullets Deadpool has left in his gun.

His bullets have numbers.. they count down. Dunno why.. very impractical and a lot of work to have all your bullets numbered in your magazine.

Well, 'Pool is "a bit" on the crazy side.

DP didn't number the bullets, it was done so the audience could keep track.
