1st day of shooting 9 blocks from my house!

First day of shooting in bootleggers cove, Anchorage, AK. 9 blocks from my house! pretty cool. That is all... just wanted to gloat.

I live in Eagle River and I just received word that not only is today the first snow of the season, but Stephen Root (aka "Milton" from Office Space), was just spotted shopping at Zaks Boardroom and I was there last weekend taking my son there. Damn, should have waited another week!

Hey Idiot! Not everyone wants to live where crime, sex, violence reign. It is awesome to live up here. I left the rat race from the east coast to live here. Been 20 years, and I will never go back there. Oh and the civilization you talk about...... hmmmmm far as I can see when I go into Anchorage and other cities is tall buildings, cars, stores, people everywhere. Get a book about Alaska and read it you ignorant bas tard.

They are filming at Jewel Lake now... Yeah- the are plenty of whales amongst the trout in there. I'm surprised no one has been hurt by all the fake fog that the make- we have to drive by it half a dozen times a day and there is about a 50 yard strecth where you can barely see the lights on the car in front of you. Quite often, it drifts over to the Jewel Lake/Dimond intersection. I'm going to file a complain before someone ends up killed. *beep* the whales- I want to live.
