I know that Bo said it "takes a lot out of her" to do her succubus persuasion thing, however she has used it for much less. Couldn't she just sexy mind control a landlord for a decent spot?

She could have done that but the succubus persuasion thing wears off eventually and then she'd have to do it again to keep the landlord from throwing her out. And again, and again, and again. Seeing as how it can be taxing she might not want to have to do it over and over? Also, if it should wear off before she could get to the guy he could have eviction papers drawn up and throw them out.

Yeah, I definitely know what ya mean. It seemed like "that place" didn't even have walls sometime. They could've written something plausible into the storyline, that they were "house sitting" for someone, or whatever, and lived in a house/apartment with walls & less vermin. But those girls couldn't hold a regular job, so... But they always had beer money, thank Freya.
