My Take on Season 5

I've waited until Season 5 aired on SyFy before I made any comments on it. After all, I am an American and NOT Canadian.

Episodes overall - I'm glad the writers went back to the original formula of Fae of the week mystery. It was good to see Bo back in her Private Investigation hat. Although I think Bo and Kenzi were better at it then Bo and Tasmin. Kenzi made it more fun to watch thanks to her humorous approach on things. Tasmin was just too serious.

Tasmin - She has lived a lot from past lives but only as a Warrior. She never knew love! Maybe this is why she had an infant approach for her love of Bo. It was her first love! I saw it coming when the hammer fell on that Love. I felt sorry for her but she knew what Bo was after all.

Bo - Back to herself. Her heart was back to doing good. She became the Bo back in Season 1 that I loved.

Dyson - Nothing to say here. He was back to his original form was again. The only difference was now he had a Kid. I kinda liked his son's character.

Vex - Having a homosexual encounter with Dyson's Son??!! WTF! He should be shot! Glad it never happened in real life ( Lost Girl's Reality that is ).

Lauren - Even after turning a Fae to Human her character still hasn't developed. I was extremely disappointed on that front.

Overall I liked this season so far. It's far better written than Season 4.
