Seriously ! This is SciFi where a woman feeds off SEX and you can't wrap your head around Hades being disguised as Bo getting Tamsin pregnant. It's called "use your imagination". The Greek Gods often disguised themselves as other people or even animals to have sex with people who otherwise would have said no. Case in point ... Leda and the Swan.

You'll remember that Zee and Heratio mentioned they had other forms, and that Zee was primarily known as Zeus because of a particular male incarnation of themselves.
All of the Ancients have the power to swap their bodies, it seems, inhabiting other vessels or appearing as whatever their desired gender may be. Hades is particularly powerful. "Jack" is likely just how he chose to appear in this particular incarnation.
That being said, it's not hard to say that they possess the anatomy of whomever they appear as, and it's not hard to believe that Hades could impregnate a woman appearing as whatever he wanted to.
These are the Greek Gods we're talking about. Zeus once appeared as a bull and impregnated a woman like that.
