Van Helsing or Hansel & Gretel Witch Hunters?
...not much difference. Same type of characters, gory violence, humor style and good vs. evil storyline.
Did everyone get the orgasm they were hoping for after watching these flicks?

Apart from the friar, most of the characters in Van Helsing seemed to be taking things too seriously, or completely overacting like Richard Roxburgh. In this one generally everyone thankfully, isn't playing it straight. Bear in mind too that this is about 40 minutes shorter than VH, which well and truly overstayed its welcome.š
shareHansel and gretel: witch hunters
shareIt's been a couple years since I'v seen it but I don't recal all that much gore in Van Helsing.
Bad grammar makes you look very stupid

Couldn't disagree more about van helsing, I found the dracula character unbelievably annoying the guy thought he was in an opera not a movie.
This movie was ok but nothing special.
As the first replier noted. This film is a good 40 minutes shorter than Van Helsing. That plays a big part in this being the superior film.
Even aside from the superior pacing and tighter story, this film has better action sequences and I'd say better production merits with regards to cinemtography, lighting and special effects.
