Utterly fascinating and heartbreaking in equal amounts.

Not being a follower of Formula One, i have little understanding of the main players of history of the sport, but this documentary about Ayrton Senna's life in a race car utterly gripped and interested me. Not sure how balanced it was in terms of the depiction of Alain Prost who seemed to be made the villain of the piece, but i was otherwise thoroughly impressed.

I wrote a blog piece on the film for anyone faintly interested.

They make you love him, then they kill him - just like Jesus and Kurt Cobain. Great film, gripping and thoroughly enjoyable.
