A cast of A-list actors, truckloads of movie-making equipment and $5 million in revenue--all of this is taking place in downtown Detroit this summer, as producers film “The Irishman,” starring Val Kilmer and Christopher Walken.
"The Irishman" will be shot entirely in and around Detroit over the next several weeks. The film features Val Kilmer as a police detective and Christopher Walken as a Jewish mobster, fighting a city-wide gangland war in Cleveland, Ohio.
Producers are looking for 100 35-50ish year old white males to be Cleveland "Dock Workers."
All extras can wear vintage clothing from the 1970's if you have it in your wardrobe. Err on the side of bland and plain rather than bright or patterned style construction clothes.
