Best gangster flick in years

It was great, Vinnie Jones was not needed though, cant take him seriously with his stupid half lithuania half irish accent.

reply

Seriously I like Vinnie but he can't do accents at all. He can't really act either but still.

Would it have been that difficult to find an Irish actor.

reply

Not really no, anyone would have been better than vinnie.

reply

Come on guys Vinnie is awesome a real irishman would have been better but he still did a good job imo.

And on topic I have to agree this was one of the best gangster films I have seen in a while and I have seen most out there, if you love mafia/gangster films this is a MUST WATCH.

reply

I was surprised at Jones' accent. Its a pretty good Cork accent.

I don't know whether to watch this, it has such a low rating considering the praise people on here have for it.

reply

Watch it its well worth it, it might have a higher rating if it didnt have b grade actors in it. I expect the rating to go up to 7.? easily.

reply

OK, cheers. I hope Walken doesn't find out you said 'B grade' though!

reply

He used to be A grade but he has gone down hill, same with kilmer.

It was good film, I liked it. It reminded my of how *beep* 'The Departed' was. But I guess people want what they want...
It was a very cool film, and was a good watch. The acting was fine, the director was probably not in as much control as they liked for sure.
