Cloris Leachman
I think the woman at the end who got into a fight with Betty White was Cloris Leachman. Interesting because her and Betty White both played together on the Mary Tyler Moore show in the 70's.
shareThat was definitely Cloris Leachman in the late scene. Oddly, she's not listed in the film credits (though IMDB lists her as uncredited), even though she had several spoken lines. By contrast, Staci/Stacy Keanan is credited, and is seen briefly (as far as I know) only in a miniaturized frame during the extended credits. I wouldn't have known that except for the thread in this forum "Mini 'Step by Step' cast reunion!"(http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1414382/board/flat/172309522). I guess this is another reunion of sorts, though calling it that is a bit of a stretch.
