The first scene was sorta convincing for a second, but stop making movies where the ugly duckling is so obviously a supermodel.

shareKristen Bell is not a supermodel nor does she look like one. She's very pretty/cute but she is not supermodel gorgeous. You might think she's gorgeous but by supermodel standards you will never find her in high end fashion magazines/down the catwalk.
However, she was full of acne and had stringy hair in the film, I'm sure it's easy for you to look past that because you know what she looks like under the make up but acne and greasy hair is not attractive.
