First off, how does a girl go through months never talking to her brother or parents about this girl coming into the family? And conviently, there is ONE picture taken with faces "masked" (lol) so that she doesn't instantly know. I'm sure others can agree, even if you are in a different grade level, the popular kids (cause Joanna was over the top popular)know about the others. And pretty sure she'd hang with the senior guys cause that would make her cooler.

I'm not going to go into other things people have talked about...like how Joanna lied, became cruel all over, then expected you to feel sorry for her...but my biggest thing was the ridicules video put in the vault. Did the school NOT watch this video that showed bullies picking on kids??? It's like they gave the camera to the popular kids and said, "Just give us the VHS when you're done and we'll put it in the vault." Really, you had to over look a lot to let this movie slide...

Additionally how dumb is the brother? How did he not realize his own sister was getting ridiculed on a DAILY BASIS by Bell's nemesis? I had to literally shut off my brain in order to enjoy the movie.

Then again I was only interested in this movie because Kristin Bell starred in it so I suppose it was a give and take experience.

How about the the redculous plot point where the star of the high school basketball team (Will) never met or spoke to the head cheerleader (Joanna)???
Does that sound right?? I remember the scene at the beginning of the movie where at the basketball game Will looked over at Joanna and smiled and she smiled back?

Boston and Philly love to slander us, but they don't have as many fans as us

Yes these did not make sense. Joanna was known by everyone and her bullying.

I'm watching this now for the first time and that's exactly what I said when she's on the plane & asked about the girl. This girl came out of the same class. Also even if you went to a big school, wouldn't you know your bully's given name even if they went by a nickname? Especially if the person was very popular and a freakin cheerleader!!

Just for the record, I'm not a Dude, I'm a Dudette!
