If you have to force an apology and in the end get it.....

is it still even worth it? Joanna clearly was never going to apologize if Marni wouldn't have pushed her to it sooo much. IMO Joanna only said sorry in the end to shut up Marni, as if stopping the fight for once and for all but not because she really felt it.

IMO that doesn't counts as an apology at all. If I have to force a former bully an apology, then it's not worth my time.

I hate to say it but Joanna seems like the same person. She wasn't changed at all and I'm surprised Marni accepted that cheap worthless ''apology''.

I agree and this movie ended so stupidly....and it started out good!

Count me in as well. The movie did start out really promising but was let down by two things:

1) The subplot of the rivalry between Marni's mother and Joanna's aunt; it was surplus to the main plot of the movie.

2) The hurried ending in which things were neatly tied up. I wouldn't have been as forgiving as Marni and we never did really witness a proper change in Joanna.

The problem with Marni's mother and Joanna's aunt is something that can be solved and forgiven. That's different because they were best friend and there was just a misunderstanding. Their reconciliation did sounded sincere.

And yeah in the end I kept wondering ''How can she be sorry when she not only threw the plates at Marni but also that green slime on her head... and all that was done just the day before?" On top of that Will saw it when she threw that slime and (he saw Joanna was continuing her bully was) and still married her. Wow..

I doubt that's the way it would have ended in real life. If that was for real, any man would have dumped her and she would be out on the streets.

If real life Marni would have called Joanna her a bee-yotch the clocked her!

Just for the record, I'm not a Dude, I'm a Dudette!
