Rated PG- How Appropriate?
I was thinking of taking my daughter who is 10. How PG is the movie? Any language or any sexual?

It's appropriate for a ten year old.
There's no bad language (the worst was one use of "geez, you scared me!"), no sexual content (not even any implications about people living together), and the violence is all comedic (people being knocked into pools, tripping, falling down, etc). There is a dance sequence in the middle of the film with a lot of wriggling and some low-cut tops.

Hope you enjoy it! I did. =)
Thanks Katharine!
You're welcome. =)

THATS AIMED AT CHILDREN FROM 2 YEARS UP. YOU COULD DUMP THE SPROG IN THE CINEMA AND THERE WOULD BE NOTING TO OFFEND THEM OR MAKE A PARENT FEEL PARENTAL GUIDANCE IS NEEDED
While watching this, I actually thought it was a Disney film, it's THAT clean. I was impressed that it had NO foul language or sexual situations. As a Christian husband and father of 2 girls, we enjoyed being able to watch this together as a family.

Thanks, Katherine, for the info. I, too, was interested in taking my child to see this. Some of us still actually care to what extent of "reality" our children needs to see. To all the lame brains criticizing the mother who wanted to "shelter" her daughter, your lack of consideration speaks volumes. Perhaps if your parents cared enough to do their jobs correctly, you all wouldn't be complete a-holes to this day.
My apologies; for my ego has no room to accommodate you...
How much profane and vulgar "reality" do you think would be in a PG-rated movie you dimwit? And the one who prides themselves on being an egomaniac in their signature is calling other people "a-holes" - how ironic.
shareMaybe if you mounted your horse, you'd be alot more happier :)

Well said falynanjel. I work with kids who are a living harvest of the seed their parents planted by letting their kids watch and do whatever they please and I've worked with kids who's parents minded how much reality their kids needed to see. The differences never cease to amaze me. I wish more parents would take responsible in watching carefully what their kids are exposed to and stop cursing them by saying "they'll do all that stuff anyways".
