Find this movie extremely awkward???

I felt the dialogue in this movie was just so weird, and the way they delivered it too! It was almost like everyone didn't really get into their characters and just went along with it because it was a movie. The romantic parts weren't even romantic and the funny parts weren't even that funny.

1) "Bitch, you look like a pumpkin!" or "Can I finger you?" ...I don't understand why that's funny? Maybe I have a dry sense of humor but I didn't think those lines were clever or funny at all...

2)"You should know, if you come any closer, I'm not letting you go"
That was seriously the cheesiest thing I've ever heard.

I may get a lot of *beep* for this but I just feel like I'm the only one that feels this way :/ lol

Funny lines but still doesnt help a lot. This movie suck

Not me. Possibly it's one of those films you have to be in the right mood for but I enjoyed it. The lines you highlight were funny enough in the context of the film - though I admit I had to replay the 'finger you' quote, is that am American expression or am I just showing my age?

Definitely an American expression. Take it at face value.


