Hiring new MIB members

I know they showed the whole process of J getting hired, what about hiring normal reception staff etc?

I suspect the peripheral staff don't know what it is all about.

I mean like the staff that are processing the aliens/working in tech departments etc

They probably employ mostly aliens for that. Mostly though I would think their automation takes care of most of that
