1) Pardon my ignorant mind, i am a Quebecois born in 85 that live in a village where you can count the black population i encountered in said village on ONE HAND.

But if americans where so racist in the 60s and saw Black people badly, then why was J's father a COLONEL (not a low grade Corporate or anything, but a COLONEL)

2)

At the end of the second movie, Tommy Lee Jones goes back to civilian life. Why would he do that if he knows one day MIB3 will happen? He knows he is the MIB life and knows what will happen

Alice is the worst character of all time, she need to die in the last movie. Chris/Jill are RE !!!

Racism was much more prevalent in the South than in the North, and the Federal Government, including the Air Force, was also much less racist than the South.

As far as the second question, K does not know that Boris escaping will happen in the future. He finds that out only after J goes back in time and tells him about it, because in the original timeline, K captures Boris and has him imprisoned, but does not kill him. After J warns him and tells him to kill Boris rather than arrest him, the original timeline is changed by K killing Boris, so that he never went to prison and never escaped.
