Hmm, that review seems to praise the moments I was equally impressed by, but they also say the overall 3D was largely a disappointment. I'm going to have to, like Boris, agree to disagree there (love their 3D reviews though).
I thought this was one of the better 3D films and it added a lot more fun to the experience. Not reference material, but few are. Also, the style of MIB and the cinematography actually works well with 3D. Lots of grand-standing, exaggerated close-ups, the stark MIB offices with the holographic screens everywhere, the wild camera zoom effects (potentially obnoxious in other films, but completely fitting here) all look terrific in 3D.
