One Plot Point That Would've Worked For Me
I think they should have had a scene where Spock Prime appears on screen and speaks to Admiral Marcus and says the words "Pardon my french but you are an a--wipe". This would've made the movie for me.
shareRepeating his line from Star Trek VI and telling him to "go to hell" admittedly would have been funny. Especially if it ended up being Nimoy's lat line in the whole franchise.
shareI agree with you CountJohn. The "pardon my french" line also comes from Ferris Bueller's Day Off when Cameron cusses out Principal Rooney over the phone when pretending to be Simone's dad.
