hot tub credits

during the end credits, there are 5 actors (including Laura Mitchell, better known for playing Kate Middleton and also a bit of a regular in Hallmark movies recently) named as "hot tub girl"s and one guy credited as "loser in hot tub" - I'm assuming this was a deleted scene. The only girl in the hot tub at the house party was Nadia's cousin. The only other hot-tub i can see is when they show the outside of the ski-lodge for a couple of seconds, and there does appear to be a few people in this one.
Just strange that they'd leave in names who only appeared in a deleted scene. Unless I'm missing something, or unless just being shown in a hot-tub and having to wear a bathing suit (or in the guy's case, be topless) to do so was enough to earn a full acting credit?
I'm aware I'm possibly the only person in the world to have scrutinised the end credits of this lacklustre straight-to-DVD bomb
