Exited to have the show back I am following for 8 years. Sad that it will end. Concerned that they will mess their last season up.

Excited, it's an end of an era to me. I feel like I've grown up with the show. It's really the beginning of the end.

I'm looking forward to it, but I am a little bit worried about the ending. I don't want them to shift everyone over to The Originals. That wouldn't be a true ending.

Overall I will miss it, despite the fact that the quality of the show has diminished.
I will miss the fandom, the banter, the discussions (although there is one topic that I won't miss). It has been a large part of my TV life for a long time and a source of enjoyment. I am hoping this final season will end on a positive note, not necessarily storywise, but entertainment value. If I am left crying my eyes out, I will still see that as the mark of a great ending. I want to be emotionally moved one way or another.

I'm looking forward to this final season. I will miss all of the characters. It's been a long, wild ride and I'll hate to see it end.
After all the entertainment the show has given me I would never miss this last season, and I know it will be awesome!

I am. The show premiered 4 days after my mom died and I can't remember if I watched the series premiere, but I know I started watching it shortly after. It was a nice bright spot/distraction. I am sad it's ending, but it is time. Hopefully this season is a good last one.

Mostly only watching as a Bonnie fan hoping she gets a happy ending. Glad to see it end at this point honestly. Julie Plec is only interested in writing fanfic and this show has had no real direction for at the very least the last 5 years.
