A single car on a dark road with a vamp in the middle standing there and the driver/s getting out afterwards. A drinking game for sure for 8 seasons. Although Supernatural has their small strip of road as well where everything happens but during the day time. 12 seasons. Fun

I think if they had just done it this season, it would have been a great throwback to season 1, but they've reused this too many times and it has no punch.

Eh, it's significantly only happened once per season past S2. I believe there's only one in S4, S5, and idk if there is one in S6, and there's one in S7.

It's a wink to fans, the pilot, guess you had to be there and have to care.

The title of this episode was clearly an homage to the pilot as was "hey brother", and the opening scene was meant to parallel the pilot as similar as it could.
