Elena has the cure who will take it and what will the results be?

Damon is taking the cure. Did you watch all of S6 by chance?

Yes, watched all of it , does that mean no one else will try to take it? Like maybe Enzo? Or Caroline? Both could benefit from taking the cure, Caroline wouldn't have to outlive her children, Enzo could live a human life with Bonnie, they could have children of their own. Doesn't mean I think that should happen, but it could.

Well, Enzo might have the urge to live a human life with Bonnie but there's no way he'd take it from Damon. Bonnie wouldn't stand for her boyfriend taking the cure and then her two best friends can't have the future they're looking forward to. Caroline has never shown a desire to be human and she wouldn't take away Damon and Elena's future together either. Enzo and Caroline would have to forcibly drink from Elena too and that's not gonna happen.

Exactly. that is the reason Stefan's proposal was so lame. Damon has to outshine him.

I thought it was very lik Stefan. Boring, yet romantic in its own kind of way. He did the thing that he thought was necessary- provide the room for her daughter rather than going down on one knee which in his mind was not necessary.

The writers give Damon the best romantic speeches that's for sure. It's like they barely try with Stefan which really doesn't make much sense.
