Anyone think that Maybe the Nanny could be Sybil's sister

I don't know about the twins Nanny being related to Sybil, since Caroline just hire her,and we have learned anything new about her to lead us to believe that she's Sybil sister. However I do think Alaric's friend/worker is related/connected to Sybil.

It seem kinda odd that she would briefly die and go to help for a car accident. It was a accident, which means it wasn't done on purpose. So why would that cause her to go to help....unless she is lying about how she got tattoo of the pitch fork?

It's a good possibility. Selene has to tie into the story somehow. She cldn't have been brought on just to be the nanny.

That's my current theory. Selene was the titan goddess of the moon in greek mythology, and sirens are also Greek mythology, so I am thinking that was a deliberate name choice and she is involved somehow.

It makes sense lately the 2 actress had been hanging out a lot

In the promo it seems her who snaps a neck and also that why Virginia wanted to kill her because it is something involving the twins

Nearly everone ive talked to on forums thinks Seline (thats the correct way to spell her character name) is Sybils sister. I hated the idea at first but its grown on me.
Then there is also Samir, a character that will be on TO next season. Both her and Sybil eat people and are ancient.
