So, will we see...
Tyler Lockwood in Hell? If so, is there a way to rescue him?
Dude, it’s Beacon Hills.

I'll bet that's exactly where we're heading. Georgie was taken in a simmilar fashion to Katherine so I'm assuming that by the end of the seires. Cade will be dead. and everyone will be rescued.

While I have reason to agree with you, why do you believe Ty was destined for Hell?
I 100% feel it was RIDICULOUS to bring Michael back only to kill him, and in such a lame way. And I also don't feel Tyler was AS important to characters like Elena at this point (he's been gone too, etc.) for Damon killing him to be meaningful enough. Further, I heard a spoiler that Tyler knows something about the Armory (or maybe Sybil's story) that no one else does, and that didn't play out. So maybe it does in Hell, if he someone ended up there.
I know for a fact that the show is taking us to Hell this season, hopefully that happens in the next couple eps. It's also seeming more and more likely that Nina's reviving Katherine. It would be insane to have her do that and not Elena by the finale, but this could actually be an interesting answer to certain set "issues." They know the fans will never be OK with not seeing her again, but we also know that Nina and Ian REALLY don't want to do anymore Delenaing. If they are not gonna get past that, what could end up working is having a good amount of screen time in one ep of Kitty Kat in Hell...Then, when they do wake Elena up in the finale, they can give us a nice little reunion with whomever is still alive, some exposition about her future, and keep any major romance out of it.
That said (and I'm Stelena, for the record), while I do get that Ian is sick to death of rewarding nasty little stans who believe they can puppet him and continue to bash Nikki, and I get that Nina is just over everything TVD and she doesn't want to be romantic with Ian/work intensely with him after all the *beep* he talks in interviews, it STILL seems childish and unprofessional of them to refuse ANY interaction. A montage scene, a quick shot of them at the alter, or just rushing into each other's arms *barf* really seems terribly simple for two old friends and castmates, to properly end a beloved show that has been their life and their fan's everything, for so many years.
That said, anything more than one scene means a LOT of time on set/working together. None of us know how bad it really is or isn't between them, or how it effects everyone else in front of and behind the camera. I personally feel that no matter how the show ends, all actors involved should be sucking it up and also having a special goodbye. But at the end of the day, Nina is in the driver's seat, big time. She's been so difficult to get back, JP and KW are gladly submitting to her rules and wishes.
One question about the potential of Katherine in Hell tho-- if Cade "eats" souls, what does that actually mean? Is it eternal torment with self awareness, or are you blinked out of existence after he's had his supper? Because by now, she'd have been there for like 3 earth years. I suppose it's very possible that we won't be seeing her there at all, and that the writers are merely using the way she was sucked away there as a point of context/reference. Because if she IS still kicking around there, does that mean we'll bump into Vicky, Markos and everyone else who got sucked away in that manner? Katherine was the only one who went from this world, everyone else was from the Other Side...not sure if that would play in.
Honestly I think the Nina/Ian tension stuff is just rumors. They broke up during season 4 and filmed two more seasons even more full of romantic interactions. It likely wasnt easy, but I doubt that they are asking for no more delena scenes. Both seem more professional than that, especially when shed only be back for a max of one episode.
