Is it just me? He looks glossed over in many scenes. I know Ian is in his late 30s now, so is this an attempt to make him look more youthful?

Like they are using more make-up on him on something, there were a few times that he looked casket sharp, (or edging toward Stuart from Mad Tv) and that is not a good thing in this circumstance.
