When Georgie was killed, I recognized that drag to hell, as it was very similar to Katherine. So does this mean that Katherine is with Cade?

I sure hope so, I guess by no she's his 2nd in command. But will we get to see her? Probably not, this is the Delena show.

I think we will see her. It is almost confirmed that Nina will return, so there really is no reason why she can't represent both Katherine and Elena roles. They were both very important characters, hell, without Katherine, there would have been no Vampire Diaries at all, because Stefan and Damon would've be long dead.
If she's there, she is most definitely in charge of something. Katherine Pierce definitely finagled that.
