Katherine or Elena?

As a Delena shipper and as annoyed as I am with them now I want them to be endgame however...

Katherine is my favorite character of all time (on any show/movie) and I relate to her so damn much it's ridiculous. I'm not going into my life story but we been through a lot of the same things and it's part of the reason why I think I always wanted her to find peace, happiness and finally get to love and be loved. I think Julie did her extremely dirty. She should've died in 5x11 and she shouldn't have gone to hell. There's worse characters than her yet they get redeemed and got to be on the other side. I also think Julie is a little sexist when it came to Katherine because the male characters like Kol, Damon and Klaus all got the chance to fall in love and be with the loves of their lives while Katherine didn't. These are people who have murdered way more people/vampires than her, Damon has raped Caroline and killed a pregnant woman and then tried to kill the offspring, and did nothing to stop it. He could've at least spoke up and said Enzo was using her to hide who he really cared about and then Enzo could've tried to protect Bonnie afterwards and then you have Klaus who is more monstrous than anyone who literally destroyed Katherines life and made her become who she was just to survive nearly 6 centuries of running from him. Why do the men get to be redeemed and be with the loves of their life's but not a woman? Seems a little sexist to me. And the worst part about it is Katherine actually showed that she was Selfless sometimes and tried to help others. She actually wanted and tried to be redeemed. Them Julie decided to make her a villain again at the last minute and it wasn't really fair. Especially since a lot of the others I mentioned won't even apologize for the *beep* they've done and try to do better without the love for another. While Katherine actually was willing to give up her freedom because she cared and about Elijah and didn't want him to hate her and wanted him to truly know that she did care about him and what he thought of her. She couldve easily took the cure, shoved it down klaus' throat but she gave it to Elijah instead... sacrificing her one shot at freedom. She also saved Damon in s3 when she could've just killed Klaus and let his hybrids kill Damon but instead she went to Stefan and got him to turn his emotions back on to save his brother. When asked by Stefan she told him "Humanity is a vampires greatest weakness and no matter how much you try to shut it off, it keeps trying to fight it's way back in. And sometimes I let it." She put away a nearly 6 century vendetta against Klaus to save Damon, a man she wasn't even madly in love with. IMO that was very telling and showed she was capable of genuine compassion and empathy for someone besides herself. Also, in Season 4 she also was trying to find the girl she was before her life of running which showed she was most likely tired of being the woman she became and wanted to be the girl she originally was and wanted redemption. She also wanted redemption in Season 5. There was so much more that she did before turning into a villain and she got screwed in the end. Which I think is completely unfair because I feel that if it was one of the men Julie would've worked her as off to make them redeemable and give them what they wanted.

I feel like rambling but bottom line is think Katherine should come back and we should have a Steferine endgame. I feel that kathedine deserves happiness and love more than anyone because she didn't ever have the chance. Delena had several seasons and plenty of time. they should bring Katherine back and redeem her in the little time they got. End stupid Snoraline and give us andnnsndnd long awaited and deserved endgame a lot of us have been waiting for. if they really want Delena to be endgame just have Elena wake up and either say or show their future. I honestly don't even care because I've seen enough Delena and don't need to see their future just know their endgame and I'm happy. I mostly want Katherine alive and happy and a Steferine endgame that I've been waiting since the early seasons for.
