Is Pete really Matts dad? Wondering because if the writers are taking lines and references from S1, they prob know that Matts mom ditched him to hang out with "Pete" the truck driver in Virginia Beach.

Also the note Caroline received at the station about the tape of Enzo and the St. John girl about what was in the vault was from "Pete, its as fixed as it's gonna get."

She could have been referring to another "Pete" at the time. I'm sure Matt knows his father . However if I was Matt I wouldn't trust him.

Vicky didn't remember her Dad so I don't see how Matt could, Vicky was older.
