Agreed but I prefer Ian. His episodes always have really beautiful shots and you can always tell that it's a different director than the usual lot. Not that they are bad btw.

Like both directors, Paul "Woke Up With a Monster" Ian "The Downward Spiral " both good.
We're all on our way out, act accordingly.
I thought their Season 7 episodes were even better, Ian's "Days of Future Past" and Pauls "Requiem For A Dream". Both out shined any directing that season, although Julie Plec herself directed a stellar episode.
