Am I to assume that Caroline giving Damon the necklace made him remember Elana and his love for her, and that is why he killed Sybil?
Another ponder: What did Caroline put in Sybil's drink? And did that have anything to do with Damon killing her?
Oh, and one final thing... What exactly did Sybil say to Damon just before he gave her the necklace? I didn't quite catch it.

I don't believe Caroline put anything Sybil's drink because Caroline stated in the episode that she didn't have time to poison her drink. I think the reason why Damon killed Sybil because he started to remember Elena or who that necklace belonged too.
I couldn't quite hear Damon's comment either and I am planning on watching it again to get the last part before he killed Sybil.
She put more alcohol in her drink. Remember she was trying to get the location of Selena for Enzo and Bonnie
