If everything that existed in the present also existed in the prison worlds then there is still one cure left. Present , shoved down Katherine's throat and sucked out by Syrus, and sucked out by Amara, who desperately wanted to die, 1994, brought back by Bonnie, given to Damon who gave it to Elena. There was still one left in 1903, if Kai found the Silas headstone , did he or someone else find the cure and bring it back? Lily?

No one brought it back and since th Prison worlds were destroyed when he died, it no longer exists.

Technically, Kai could have brought it back when he got some of Questiya's blood. But I don't think he knew about the Cure, at least, not from the Mystic Falls Gang.

I think the plan is that Damon sucks it out of Elena to become a human bar owner.

It was destroyed when 1903 was when Kai died. He didn't know about it so he shouldn't of got it.

I just had a bad/good thought cross my mind. speaking of all this stuff.
Since Elena is human, and Kai is rumoured to be coming back, *beep* what if he shoves it down someone's throat that being one of the vampires or hell even Bonnie while she dies to wake up Elena or Damon's and they both die.. And Elena wakes up without her best friend or Damon?

Grr I loathe myself for this one. Even as a non delena shipper.

Or, what if- Damon and or Stefan turn Matt the vampire hater into a vamp and Matt takes the cure from Elena?

What if- Enzo takes the cure from Elena to be human with Bonnie?

What if Caroline takes the cure from Elena to be with the twins?

If there is a cure from 1903 waiting to be presented, this could be interesting.
