Crossover with Originals

I know The Vampire Diaries and Originals crossover briefly in season 7 for TVD and season 3 for the Originals. Can someone tell me the exact episodes these crossovers take place? Which order should I watch them in? Does the order I watch the episodes in matter besides these brief crossovers?

Stefan's crossover starts in TVD 7x14 and ends in TO 3x14.
Matt can be seen in TO 3x17.

What episode of the Originals does Stefan first show up? Does it start and end in the same Originals episode?
