OK I don't know how true this is but I think it's called "Transcience", about people transferring their consciousness. Anyways I think he is not into acting for now and wants to be behind the camera, maybe even directing who knows since he really likes it. Not that him or Nikki have a future in Hollywood anyways...

You'd want to send friendly advice to their cast and crew to find a better show. I'm not of fan of adults who conduct their careers and professional relationships like a high school romance.
But it'd certainly fit with the trash the CW produces.
