Katherine turned both Stefan and Damon.

Stefan killed Vicki to protect Elena and Jeremy.

But Damon turned Vicki to begin with... he snapped her neck during their dancing session around his mansion.

Exactly! So when Stefan pine after Katherine when he thought she was dead was all Stefan. When Stefan went on the killing spree to get revenge on the founding families for killing Katherine. That too was all Stefan.

Interesting, because Stefan was compelled by Katherine to drink her blood. Damon chose to drink her blood. Stefan turned Damon though because he didn't want to be alone. Damon chose not to become a vampire when he realized Katherine was dead but Stefan forced him to drink.Damon only wanted a life with Katherine, not with Stefan. Stefan wanted a life with Damon

Damon turned Vicky, technically killed her. Stefan staked her out of existence, always wondered why he didn't just snap her neck.

Damon didn't have to stay a vampire. He could have just taken off his daylight ring anytime in the past 100+ years. He stayed alive because Emily told him that Katherine was still alive. The whole idea that Stefan is responsible for all the death and mayhem Damon caused - when Damon was murdering people for Katherine as an uncompelled human - is laughable.

I agree, Damon is responsible for whatever he did after he became a vampire, as far as I know.
And actually he did take his ring off and try to end it S2, Stefan saved him.
What's your point?

because Tyler bit him. He was already dying. He wanted to die on his term not on TYler. If tyler has not bit him he wouldnt have taken it off.

Because, Think, he forced his vamp blood on Elena in case she died.
He saved Caroline from becoming the vamp in the sacrifice and in retaliation Klaus turned Jenna and used her and killed her.
