Well the person leaking spoilers said he is dying and Julie went on Twitter and said how releasing spoilers are heartbreaking for the crew and cast.

dying after the wedding?

If they kill him that will be really sad and pure fan service. And that would make sense for them to do 5 year time jump and show Klaus visiting MF. We just have to hear something if JOMO is present on the set in the next few weeks for 816.

We don't know for sure but this girl has been doling out some questionable spoilers lately. JP even shot one of them down on twitter. She said there was going to be a massacre at Steroline's reception.

I called that ages ago. You don't blame him for everything Damon did (season 7), show him eating children on Christmas, turn him for the first time into a ripper with his emotions off AND make him into a threat for the twins in a redemption story arc. He doesn't have a Get Out of Jail Free card like Damn and Enzo.

I haven't heard about a leaked spoiler yet, but I called it as soon as she tweeted they were going to honor the "I met a boy" quote and she said she was crying, I mean the quotes about Stefan, you can only mean so many things. She basically gave it away.

I believe that. The writers HATE Stefan and have tried their hardest to make him look bad in every way, shape and form, especially in comparison to their precious Damon. And it would be a double whammy too. It would be a perfect "screw you" to Stefan and his fans and it would give Klaroline fans hope that Caroline will go over to TO and have her perfect end game with Klaus. With the way JP and Co. write and I really can't see either series ending up as anything other than bitter disappointments.

I guess, it just seems weird that they would reveal Klaus endgame on TVD before TO is even over and then not even have Candice on TO, but I put nothing past these writers.

Klaus has no endgame in terms of romance IMO. His endgame is being happy with his family. If he gets a HEA with a WOMAN then they dont have time to bring a new girl in the mix. the only option left is Caroline provided Stefan is actually dying.

^ this... It is going to be so sad if they really end up Steroline like that. I mean yes they do get married but what will that matter if stefan dies 5 years down the road or immediately.

Not to mention no development between them for what 4 years now?

But I have come to expect anything from this show now. Suddenly overnight Caroline realizing taht she actually has feelings for Klaus is a possibility.

....But she also is not going to want to be separated from the twins, and since Alaric is going over to the originals, Caroline is likely to go with him.

Bear in mind these are spoilers and not necessarily gospel, however Stefan does die in the books.

I wouldn't be surprised considered how far Julie is stuck up Ian's ass and her and Caroline Dries worship the ground he walks on. He seems like a total douche and his ego seems to have made him not care enough to actually better himself in terms of acting skills as each season has progressed. I understand why fans loved Damon in the earlier seasons but now he is just lame and Ian still continues to over exaggerate his facial expressions/dramatic scenes.

In terms of "Klaroline", people need to get over that already. It's never going to happen again.

I don't have a lot of time for Ian these days but Paul disappoints me in different ways. He really does not care and hasn't done for years now and it shows in his performances even when he is given different stuff to do. Ian for all his faults delivers a performance despite given the same old stuff for 8 years now. It might not be to everyone's tastes but he does actually turn up for a days work and try to earn the money he is paid. Paul just meanders through his scenes looking like... Paul and he has been this way since his ripper arc ended in S3 aside from the occasional scene here and there.

I wouldn't be surprised considered how far Julie is stuck up Ian's ass and her and Caroline Dries worship the ground he walks on.

I disagree, JP worships Paul period. Caroline loves Damon but I'm not sure about Ian.
JP has bent over backwards to accommodate Paul and has given him many directorial opportunities (more than Ian) and also several different characters to play including 3 different versions of Stefan plus Doppelgangers giving him ample opportunities to get stuck in and shine. S5 was an ode to PW and he flopped because compared to ND who was doing the same thing, he was handed his ass.

Nina wanted to die as well at the end of S6 and you see how Plec disregarded that. I think they just believe it'd be more interesting for them to have tragic death scenes.

There is a difference. This is end of SERIES. That was end of season. They couldnt kill a main when this is the story about a girl not sure about two boys AND the story is not finished YET.

But yes you are right, actor and EP have to be on same page for them to kill a character.

NOw JOMO wants(ed) Klaus's character to die in the END of series just like IAN wanted for Damon but JP explicitly said that if it were for JOMO Klaus would die unhappy and miserable in the end so I assumed that she does not want that OR she will kill him but not unhappy and miserable. Lets see how they ended that..

I just meant that it doesn't matter what Paul, Ian, Nina, or Joseph want. They can want to end the series by joining the circus. They don't get to decide. Fans have been putting way too much stock in what the actors want to see happen in the end. We've seen time and time again that we are more passionate about this show and these characters than the actors that play them. If the writers are going to listen to anyone about what should happen it's us.

fan service? I hate fan services. They really ruin the show...

I think if an actor/ future director has an influence the writers/EP will listen to him/her. I am pretty sure it has/ will happened on TO and I am pretty sure it has/ will happen in TVD.

EP/ Showrunners will never bend their will to fans/ actors unless it is also their own will. And even then actors have precedence over fans.

I'm not talking about fan service. I'm talking about realizing that killing the characters we love is not a good idea and that fans don't want that even if the actor does. Not talking about ships or any of that mess. Just killing the characters we've cared about for 8 years. They've all suffered enough. I don't want some tragic end that pisses me off. There are enough bad endings in real life

that is fan service esp if it is going against the story.

Fan service does not stick to ships only. IT is about characters development too.

Call it whatever you want. If listening to fans over the actors and realizing killing the characters is a mistake is labeled as fan service then so be it. Rather have fan service than actor service.

I dont any is really bad PROVIDED it backs up a good storyline and development.

But in any case actors understand the show from the EP/writers/Showrunners pov so they are better judge of what is going on with their character IMO. From my experience I think there is misconnect between what they WANT to show us and what they ARE showing us. What they want to show is what the actors know and hence their input is different from ours.

Saying that this is not the case for all actors.

I agree, it's not fan service. It's not fan service (Stefan fans wants him to live) because Stefan dies in the book,and Damon accidentally turn human when he opened a rose/box meant for Stefan .

^ this basically and IIRC Joseph wants the same thing for Klaus's ending.
