It's in that crappy hotel where The bros made their deal with Cade I think, it's probably Stefan filling Elena in. I'm pretty sure the Sirens are gone and I don't see anyone else resembling Nina.

Looks like doubles of Damon and Sybil, the background photography is more interesting. Look closer.
