Correct order to watch both TVD 7 + TO 3

Hi ?

What is the correct order to watch The Vampire Diaries season 7 and The Originals season 3?
I know at some point there is a crossover between them.

TVD 7x14 followed by TO 3x14, that's it. TVD has also episodes with Finn coming to MF and Caroline to NOLA.
